Care & Use

• Cook on medium heat — Stainless steel holds heat well; you don’t need to crank it.
• Use oil or butter — Stainless isn’t nonstick by nature. Preheat first, then add a touch of oil or butter for best results.
• Stick to wood or silicone utensils — Metal won’t ruin the surface, but it can leave scratch marks.
• Hand wash for best shine — It’s dishwasher safe, but hot cycles and harsh detergents can dull the finish. Warm water and mild soap is all you need.
• To remove stuck bits — Add water, bring to a simmer, and gently scrape with a wooden spatula.
